Okay this totally didn't turn out into what I was trying to do. Honestly, I was going to work on a gangster-ala-mafia piece, then somehow it ended up like this hahaha oh well ~ and thanks to Ryan for allowing his picture to be used!
So I was applying the layer properties for the skin, the color part automatically goes to red for color overlay right, and viola, it looked okay. So there.
